Rev Edmund Chan

Pastor Ed’s twin passion in ministry is expository preaching and leadership mentoring. In both arenas, he serves as a valued thought leader. His insightful teachings have made him a sought-after speaker in major cities around the world, including Asia, Africa, UK, Canada, USA, Latin America, Europe, Russia and the Middle East.

Having served as the former senior pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church for 25 years, he pastored a small congregation through discipleship, and established one of the most influential disciplemaking mega-churches in Singapore.

Pastor Ed then transited in January 2012 to serve the Body of Christ at large as the founder of the Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches. He continues to mentor top-level leaders in Singapore and beyond.

Academically, Pastor Ed distinguished himself in 2003 by completing a Master of Arts degree at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, USA in less than 9 months, and graduated summa cum laude.

He also contributes to theological education, having taught D.Min courses on discipleship and leadership at four seminaries in three countries. He has written several books, including “Growing Deep in God”, “Mentoring Paradigms”, “Cultivating Your Inner Life, A Certain Kind”, and “Radical Discipleship”.

Pastor Ed is married to Ann, who actively ministers alongside him, and they have two adopted daughters, Amanda and Belicia.

Rev Tony Yeo

Pastor Tony has been married to Choy Mei since 1990 and they have two adult sons, Noah and Timothy who is married to Elle. He is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is the Chairman of the Evangelical Free Church of Singapore (EFCS) and Evangelical Free Church All Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and Japan). He is also an executive committee member of the National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS). Pastor Tony is a dedicated and passionate senior pastor who finds joy in mentoring Senior Pastors locally and abroad. His commitment to helping others grow in their leadership skills and spiritual journey led him to publish his book “Leading Beyond The Second Chair”.

Rev Tan Kay Kiong

Pastor Kay Kiong is married to Diana in 1989 and they have two adult daughters, Hilda and Hazel. He is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is also the Chairman of the Disciplemaking Alliance (Singapore). Pastor Kay Kiong is a gifted shepherd and counsellor, mentoring both individuals and couples. He is also the spiritual advisor of the Men’s Ministry Network in Singapore since 2010 and served as a Chaplain of Focus on the Family Singapore from 2015 to 2017. Pastor Kay Kiong is also a published author, with his book ”Legacy Beyond Self – A Certain Kind Of Family” making a significant impact in the families and lives of many.

Rev Dr Tan Soo Inn

Soo Inn is a director of Graceworks (www.graceworks.com.sg), a training and publishing consultancy committed to promoting spiritual friendship in church and society. He runs this ministry in partnership with his wife, Bernice. Bernice and Soo Inn have four sons. 
 
He has worked as a dentist, has pastored two churches and served in a number of parachurch organizations. He is an adjunct lecturer in various seminaries and also serves as the chaplain of the Christian Medical and Dental Fellowship, Singapore. 
 
Soo Inn has a BDS from the University of Singapore, a ThM in New Testament from Regent College, Vancouver, and a DMin from Fuller Seminary. His primary passions include connecting the Word of God to the struggles of daily life, and the promotion of the discipline of spiritual friendship. 
 
He has read Lord of the Rings nine times and he has been a supporter of Arsenal Football Club since 1971. 

Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai

Pastor Kai is Associate Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He serves in the Senior Pastor’s Office, currently directing the Generations ministries.

Pastor Kai is a gifted teacher of God’s Word, possessing the ability to explain complex ideas in the simplest ways. A medical doctor by training, he subsequently graduated with a Masters in Divinity from the Singapore Bible College in the year 2000. He has been serving as a pastor in Covenant EFC since 1996 and was ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of Singapore in 2004. Pastor Kai is married to Tina and they have three adult children.

Lucy Lim

Lucy Lim is a vibrant young senior who faces the challenges of aging and stage 4 cancer with unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus. Despite the realities of declining health and reduced productivity, she embraces life fully, sharing her adventures with anyone willing to listen.

The author of Joy Beyond Cancer, which has been translated into four languages, and When It’s Beyond Me, Lucy finds joy in studying and teaching the Bible, dining with family and friends—especially when she’s not cooking—and inspiring others with her story of faith, hope, and resilience.

Isaac Ong

Isaac Ong is the founder of Colours Global Foundation. He is driven by a deep love for God, a passion for empowering the next generation and championing the vulnerable. His work focuses on uplifting marginalized communities through practical, sustainable initiatives that inspire hope and transformation. Isaac also runs a social media studio, Colours Global Studios, helping organizations connect better online and build thriving communities. Colours Global encourages others to serve and create lasting change. 

Lucy Gwee

Lucy Gwee serves God in the marketplace as a strategy and M&A advisor. She was the youngest female Asian in the APAC senior leadership team of a Fortune 500 technology firm. A certified coach, angel investor, and founder of three businesses, Lucy has a heart for mentorship and helping young leaders and entrepreneurs thrive in the marketplace. She serves on the boards of mission organizations and ministries to catalyze a movement focused on redemptive, disciple-making businesses. She believes that the marketplace is our mission field and that God can use any skills for His glory.  

Pastor Lim Keng Yeow

Ps Keng Yeow is a pastor at Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC). He spent over 30 years in the legal field. He was a Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers, a law lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic, and then a District Judge at the State Courts and Family Justice Courts for 15 years. Ps Keng Yeow was among the first Lay Pastors of CEFC, serving for over 7 years and led both the worship and prayer ministries of the church, before joining as a fulltime pastor. 

Reverend Matthew Lo Yec-Lian

Rev Matthew is Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC)’s East Centre Overseer and Worship Director. Originally from Australia, he relocated to Singapore in 1994 and served as a social worker and head of children services at Beyond Social Services. In 2002, Rev Matthew joined CEFC as a fulltime staff in the Youth Ministry. Rev Matthew’s passion for Global Missions has grown since a defining trip to Timor-Leste in 2007. He is focused on inspiring and training young people to be involved in missions.

Reverend Samuel Gift Stephen

Rev Samuel is the Senior Overseer and former Senior Pastor of Life Centre (formerly Smyrna Assembly). Rev Samuel has a heart for serving the community, and he is the founder of Life Centre Community Services. He is also Lead Director and Chief Outreach Officer of Hope Initiative Alliance and Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach, which ministered to Guest Workers and vulnerable communities in Singapore during the Covid-19 pandemic. Actively involved in numerous Christian leadership roles in Singapore, Rev Samuel’s ministry exemplifies church growth, leadership and discipleship training, church planting, outreach and evangelism. 

Dr Suzanne Choo

Dr Suzanne Choo is an Associate Professor at the English Language and Literature department as well as Head (Research) at the Singapore Centre for Character and Citizenship Education, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies and the Interdisciplinary Studies Prize from the Biblical Graduate School of Theology (BGST) in Singapore, where she is completing her Master of Arts in Theology and Integrative Studies. Dr Choo worships at Adam Road Presbyterian Church 

Abigail Lee

Abigail is a Registered Counsellor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor who works with both children and adults. With a heart for helping children and their families using developmentally-appropriate interventions, she founded Healing Hearts Centre, a private counselling centre. Abigail is also President of the Association for Play Therapy (Singapore) and Honorary Secretary of the Association for Christian Counselling (Singapore). She is passionate about training and supervising mental health practitioners in Singapore.

Senior Pastor Chua Seng Lee

Ps Seng Lee is the Senior Pastor of Bethesda Bedok Tampines Church. He has a heart for mentoring youth and young working adults which led him to serve on the Singapore National Youth Council and as chairperson of the National Youth Mentoring Steering Committee, influencing youth development and mentorship on a national scale. For the last fifteen years, he has been actively promoting mental health programs through various charities and church groups. He co-founded the Christian Mental Health Advocates to network with Christian mental health professionals to pray and partner with local churches. This led to the inception of the Christian Mental Health Conference which he co-chairs till today.

Rui En

Rui En is first and foremost a Child of God. She is an actress, singer and content creator. Rui En sang Singapore’s National Day song in 2025 “Reach Out For The Skies”, and has released multiple albums and won the Asian Television Award and two Star Awards for Best Actress. Having been in the entertainment industry for 23 years, she is today passionate about advocating for mental health causes and the destigmatization of mental illness. 

Amy Foo

Amy is a Social Worker with Indigo & Co., a charity that specializes in the essential work surrounding human sexuality. With a heart for helping others, Amy brings her expertise and compassion to impact the lives of those she serves. Amy’s personal journey includes navigating through a season of sexual brokenness and finding healing through her faith. Through her knowledge and personal experience, Amy aspires to influence young lives with God’s love, guiding them on their own journeys toward understanding and healing. 

Reverend Edmund Wong

Rev Edmund serves as Bukit Panjang Centre Overseer and Head of Prayer Ministry of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is also part of the Senior Pastors’ Office, Sunday preaching team, and executive team that directs and coordinates his church-multiple centres’ ministries. During his marketplace season before entering full-time vocational ministry, Edmund was at the Public Service Division (Prime Minister’s Office) to train and develop the public service. His key investments in ministry are prayer and preaching, pastoring and developing leaders.

Pastor Too Teh Hsin

Ps Teh Hsin retired as a pastor of Agape Baptist Church in February 2025 but continues to serve as an Elder and leads the Agape Guys Ministry, a men’s ministry of Agape Baptist Church. Ps Teh Hsin has a deep compassion for individuals struggling with sexual brokenness, having personally suffered the devastating effects of sexual sins. He has ministered to numerous men and spoken to various groups in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India for over a decade. 

Kezia Khoo

Kezia is the Director of Advocacy & Education at Our Father’s World (formerly Creation Care SG). She is in her final year of Environmental Studies at National University of Singapore. Kezia’s heart for stewardship was ignited in secondary school when a climate change video deeply moved her. She was struck by the beauty of God’s creation and felt a profound sense of injustice, recognizing that marginalized communities in developing countries, who contribute the least to climate change, are the most affected by its impact. This experience has fuelled her commitment to advocating for environmental justice and educating others about the importance of caring for His creation.

Suzanne Choo

Dr Suzanne Choo is an Associate Professor at the English Language and Literature department as well as Head (Research) at the Singapore Centre for Character and Citizenship Education, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Annette Lee

Annette Lee is a Singaporean filmmaker, actor, and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her videos that she creates on social media, where she consistently connects with more than three million people monthly.  A storyteller at heart, Annette sees her work in film, comedy and music as ways of sharing parables to nudge people towards a readiness for a Saviour.

Felicia Chin

Felicia Chin, a seasoned actress known for her versatility in both television and film, has enjoyed an award-winning career in the entertainment industry. Felicia is also actively involved in philanthropic endeavours, and is committed to lending her voice to community engagement and social causes. She is currently exploring the frontiers of digital evangelism as a producer-host at evangelistic website 还好吗.

Norman Ng

Pastor Norman is the Senior Pastor of 3:16 Church. He also co-founded two media-based social movements (TrueLove.is and HeartbeatProject.sg) that are impacting nations on the intersection of faith and culture. Before becoming a Pastor, he spent 10 years in the marketing industry. He is also a mentor to creative professionals and influencers.
