Rev Edmund Chan

Pastor Ed’s twin passion in ministry is expository preaching and leadership mentoring. In both arenas, he serves as a valued thought leader. His insightful teachings have made him a sought-after speaker in major cities around the world, including Asia, Africa, UK, Canada, USA, Latin America, Europe, Russia and the Middle East.

Having served as the former senior pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church for 25 years, he pastored a small congregation through discipleship, and established one of the most influential disciplemaking mega-churches in Singapore.

Pastor Ed then transited in January 2012 to serve the Body of Christ at large as the founder of the Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches. He continues to mentor top-level leaders in Singapore and beyond.

Academically, Pastor Ed distinguished himself in 2003 by completing a Master of Arts degree at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, USA in less than 9 months, and graduated summa cum laude.

He also contributes to theological education, having taught D.Min courses on discipleship and leadership at four seminaries in three countries. He has written several books, including “Growing Deep in God”, “Mentoring Paradigms”, “Cultivating Your Inner Life, A Certain Kind”, and “Radical Discipleship”.

Pastor Ed is married to Ann, who actively ministers alongside him, and they have two adopted daughters, Amanda and Belicia.

Rev Dr Peter Tan-Chi

Pastor Peter Tan-Chi is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF). CCF is a movement that focuses on discipling and mobilizing people to be salt and light and make them all that God wants them to be. Today, CCF has grown to over 100,000 members in the Philippines alone. CCF has satellite churches and small groups in other parts of the world including North America, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.  

Pastor Peter currently serves as the Chairman of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC). PCEC is the largest network of Evangelical denominations, local churches, and Christian missions organization in the Philippines, with 55,000 member churches. 

Pastor Peter is also a successful businessman and entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Chairman of Axeia Development Corporation, one of the pioneer and leading mass housing and subdivision developers in the Philippines. He is involved in other businesses, such as construction, residential and commercial real estate development, and education.  

Pastor Peter is passionate about the importance of healthy leaders and discipleship at home and in the workplace. He regularly speaks at seminars in different parts of the world on topics including marriage, parenting, leadership at work and growing healthy churches. With his passion for the family, he and his wife co-authored the book, “Motivate! 8 Secrets of Successful Parenting”. 

Joyfully married to Deonna for 51 years, they have been blessed with five children who are all happily married and serving the Lord. As of the latest count, they have twenty two charming grandchildren.

Rev Tony Yeo

Pastor Tony has been married to Choy Mei since 1990 and they have two adult sons, Noah and Timothy who is married to Elle. He is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is the Chairman of the Evangelical Free Church of Singapore (EFCS) and Evangelical Free Church All Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and Japan). He is also an executive committee member of the National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS). Pastor Tony is a dedicated and passionate senior pastor who finds joy in mentoring Senior Pastors locally and abroad. His commitment to helping others grow in their leadership skills and spiritual journey led him to publish his book “Leading Beyond The Second Chair”.

Rev Tan Kay Kiong

Pastor Kay Kiong is married to Diana in 1989 and they have two adult daughters, Hilda and Hazel. He is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is also the Chairman of the Disciplemaking Alliance (Singapore). Pastor Kay Kiong is a gifted shepherd and counsellor, mentoring both individuals and couples. He is also the spiritual advisor of the Men’s Ministry Network in Singapore since 2010 and served as a Chaplain of Focus on the Family Singapore from 2015 to 2017. Pastor Kay Kiong is also a published author, with his book ”Legacy Beyond Self – A Certain Kind Of Family” making a significant impact in the families and lives of many.

Rev Matthew Lo

Pastor Matt originated from Australia. He relocated to Singapore in 1994 employed at Beyond Social Services as a social worker and head of children services until the end of 2001. On 1 January 2002, he joined Covenant EFC as a fulltime ministry staff in Youth Ministry. In 2007, he made a mission trip to Timor-Leste and in the years which have followed, his passion for Global Mission grew, and his focus was on inspiring and training young people to be involved in mission. Currently, he serves on the pastoral team at Covenant EFC, is the Director Of The Worship Ministry, and is the Centre Overseer for Covenant’s East centre. He is married to Rebecca, and they have an adult son, Chris. He also loves hiking, running, and team sports. 

Ps Edric Sng

Edric Sng is passionate about digital discipleship and outreach to a digital generation. He’s the founder and Editor of Saltandlight.sg and Thir.st – as well as the evangelistic websites StoriesofHope.sg and 还好吗 hhm.sg.   

He previously built and ran the digital newsrooms at Mediacorp’s Channel NewsAsia and the TODAY newspaper, and was also the editor of a scuba diving magazine.  

Edric currently serves as an Elder and Deputy Senior Pastor at Bethesda Bedok Tampines Church. He is a father to six, and a husband to one. 

Ps Leow Wen Pin

Ps Leow Wen Pin is the Founder of the Koinonia Inclusion Network (KIN), a mission organisation that enables churches to include and disciple people with special needs. For over a decade, Wen Pin has advocated for persons with special needs in both secular and religious sectors, and is the author of several books on disability-inclusion for churches. He also serves as Catalyst for Disability Concerns in the Lausanne Movement, working to champion and mobilise for disability missions worldwide. You can find out more about him at leowwenpin.com.

Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai

Pastor Kai is Associate Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He serves in the Senior Pastor’s Office, currently directing the Generations ministries.

Pastor Kai is a gifted teacher of God’s Word, possessing the ability to explain complex ideas in the simplest ways. A medical doctor by training, he subsequently graduated with a Masters in Divinity from the Singapore Bible College in the year 2000. He has been serving as a pastor in Covenant EFC since 1996 and was ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of Singapore in 2004. Pastor Kai is married to Tina and they have three adult children.

Timothy Wong

Timothy Wong co-leads Movement Day Singapore, which is the city’s expression of the Lausanne Movement. He is also the Head of Group Research and Strategy for a local bank and a keen advocate for integrating faith with work. He has been running Alpha in the workplace at The Book Cafe over the last 20 years.

Tim is married with three kids and worships at Next Steps Missional Communities with his family.

Jamie Lim

Jamie Lim is the CEO/Regional Marketing Director of Scanteak. Jamie spearheads Scanteak’s regional branding initiatives, manages overseas franchises, and oversees Scanteak Singapore’s business operations. With her first job in Hollywood, Jamie made the switch from marketing films, to marketing the local furniture brand, Scanteak, in 2004.  

Jamie believes a successful for-profit enterprise can impact customers, team-members, working partners and the society through strong business ethics, work excellence as well as social contributions. Besides continuing close partnerships with local tertiary institutes through internships and special projects, Jamie has also reinforced the importance of design in the retail industry through collaborations with award-winning designers.  

A graduate with a dual EMBA degree from UCLA-NUS, Jamie is happily married to Jackson and have three beautiful kids Janelle, Jalen, Jaley, as well as a fur kid, Timber. She worships at Covenant Evangelical Free Church with her family. 

Janelle Ong

Janelle Ong serves as a youth pastor in Mt Carmel BP Church. She graduated with a Master of Divinity from Singapore Bible College in 2022. 2024 marks her 10th year serving among youths. Janelle has been married for eight wonderful years to her husband, Andrew, and they have a 3-year old son. 

Zac Zhang

Zac Zhang is founding & lead Pastor of Hearts Alive Church, a thriving community of late-Millennials, Gen Zs & Gen Alphas. He believes in the power of mentoring and enjoys journeying with young people through every season of their lives with God’s Word. Zac also enjoys songwriting and has written and composed numerous pop hits for multiple award-winning pop artistes across major record labels. In his free time, Zac loves to read, run and ruminate, and he counts it his life’s greatest achievement to be married to sweet Sab and be father to teen Jude and tween Neil. 

Ian Wong

Ps Ian Wong is a Pastor at Kum Yan Methodist Church, where he has been serving full-time for more than 20 years. Together with his wife Eeleen, they have the privilege of building an authentic spiritual community with youth and young adults, and more recently, also with the older generations in the church.  

They have four lovely daughters, and recently welcomed a baby boy. They are passionate about worship and the presence of God, and seeing generations walk together in love, whether around their dinner table or in the nations. 

Calvin and Alarice

Calvin and Alarice are founders and senior leaders of Awaken Generation (AG), a worship missions organisation based in Singapore. They received a vision of a worship school, a greenhouse environment where worship creatives are nurtured and sent out to different parts of the world. They have since witnessed the equipping and sending out of over 700 students from 162 churches in Singapore and internationally. For the past ten years, Calvin and Alarice have laboured to see worship and prayer established in churches and in the marketplace. It is their prayer to partner with God to see Him have his inheritance in the nations. 

Sindu Prawira

Sindu Prawira is a seasoned businessman with 30 years of experience leading PT. Surabaya Wire, a steel wire company. He also owns several small and medium-sized businesses in Surabaya. Active in church leadership since 2002, he served as an Elder and held the position of Chairman of the Board from 2009 to 2017.  Regularly attending IDMC conferences since 2002, his faith has transformed his view of business from a purely financial pursuit to a platform for mission. This transformation was further strengthened during the COVID-19 pandemic when he received a divine vision to establish a BAM business in aquaculture. Despite lacking prior experience, his faith empowers him to pursue this mission and use the aquaculture business as a tool for discipleship. 

KL Tan

KL Tan’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1995, following several years of working with foreign multinational companies. Despite having started attending church in 1957, KL eventually left the church due to his busy career advancement. At the pinnacle of his career, he launched his own business venture, but unfortunately, within three years, the business failed, and KL lost all of his money. His faith was tested when prayers seemed to go unanswered, and he quarreled with God. His business turned around only after he learned to unconditionally commit it to God and put God at the center of his business.

Dylan Wilk

Dylan Wilk, a true visionary whose life embodies the extraordinary fusion of faith, entrepreneurship, and social change. Dylan’s entrepreneurial journey began humbly when he founded a video game company against all odds. Despite skepticism, he fearlessly pursued his dreams and, within five years, emerged as the 9th wealthiest individual under 30 in the United Kingdom. Teaming up with his beloved wife, Anna Meloto Wilk, he embarked on a mission to effect lasting change through Human Nature, an innovative social enterprise in the Philippines. Kerwin Tansekiao

Kerwin, Chief Steward for the Jimini Foods Group, the largest pizza network in the Philippines with over 1,300 serving stations, curates multiple award-winning brands with a mission to bring smiles and uplift the taste of Filipinos with good and affordable food to share with joy and happiness. A cancer overcomer since 2019, Kerwin has written Breakthrough (Lockdown Reflections on Being Still and Knowing God) and ONE (Lockdown Reflections on Jesus as our ONE WORD). He received the Agora Marketing Excellence Award for Large Enterprises in 2019 and numerous other recognitions for revitalizing the frozen fresh pizza industry in the Philippines. Kerwin’s constant prayer is for the Lord to awaken the spirit of believers, enabling them to experience Jesus and live victoriously in Christ by His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Matthew Kok

Matthew excels not only in business, having over 25 years of experience managing wealth for high-net-worth individuals and currently owning his own licensed wealth management company, but also in Business as Mission.  A renowned speaker and teacher at churches across Asia, his captivating talks and impactful videos inspire many.  His commitment to faith goes beyond words; he served over a decade on the Missions Governing Board and is now Co-Founder and Advisor of BAM Asia-Pacific, mobilizing churches and business owners for a mission.  A man of integrity, he shares his wisdom on “Biblical Understanding of Money” and “Business as Mission” through conferences, and seminars, and cherishes his roles as husband to Elaine and father to their two doctor children.

Richard Tan

 Richard is a loving husband to Cathy and a devoted father to their children, Rachel and Charles. He is the founder of a leading fragrance and flavors company in the Philippines, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary. Richard and his wife also founded Business as Mission Philippines, and he currently holds the position of Chairman of Business as Mission Asia-Pacific. His commitment to serving others extends beyond his business endeavors, as he is the Chairman of the Board of Deacons at Bread from Heaven Christian Fellowship, his home church, and is part of the core team for the married couples ministry. Richard has served on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit organization in the Philippines that implements holistic and transformational programs for marginalized communities across the country. As a mentor to the next generation, he provides guidance on being a faithful steward as a Christian business owner. In his free time, Richard enjoys playing chess, embodying in his life the principle that God is King and is always victorious.

Abraham Yeo

Abraham Yeo co-founded Homeless Hearts of Singapore (HHOS) with a fellow Christian brother in July 2014, a homeless ministry in Tokyo. Prior to serving full-time with HHOS since November 2019, he worked as a technologist. He is now a stay-home dad to two lovely kids (with a third coming) and enjoys speaking on advocacy issues to the Church. Together with his wife, Cheng Yu, they are currently pioneering a cross-cultural home church for our (ex-)homeless friends. Their heart is to help the Church in Singapore remember the poor as part of its Antioch call by planting humble cross-cultural hospitable missional communities to proclaim Christ’s good news to them.  You can visit homeless.sg to find out more about HHOS’s work.

Kezia Khoo

Kezia is the Director of Advocacy & Education at Our Father’s World (formerly Creation Care SG). She is in her final year of Environmental Studies at National University of Singapore. Kezia’s heart for stewardship was ignited in secondary school when a climate change video deeply moved her. She was struck by the beauty of God’s creation and felt a profound sense of injustice, recognizing that marginalized communities in developing countries, who contribute the least to climate change, are the most affected by its impact. This experience has fuelled her commitment to advocating for environmental justice and educating others about the importance of caring for His creation.

Suzanne Choo

Dr Suzanne Choo is an Associate Professor at the English Language and Literature department as well as Head (Research) at the Singapore Centre for Character and Citizenship Education, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies and the Interdisciplinary Studies Prize from the Biblical Graduate School of Theology (BGST) in Singapore where she is currently about to complete her Master of Arts in Theology and Integrative Studies. Annette Lee

Annette Lee is a Singaporean filmmaker, actor, and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her videos that she creates on social media, where she consistently connects with more than three million people monthly.  A storyteller at heart, Annette sees her work in film, comedy and music as ways of sharing parables to nudge people towards a readiness for a Saviour.

Felicia Chin

Felicia Chin, a seasoned actress known for her versatility in both television and film, has enjoyed an award-winning career in the entertainment industry. Felicia is also actively involved in philanthropic endeavours, and is committed to lending her voice to community engagement and social causes. She is currently exploring the frontiers of digital evangelism as a producer-host at evangelistic website 还好吗.

Norman Ng

Pastor Norman is the Senior Pastor of 3:16 Church. He also co-founded two media-based social movements (TrueLove.is and HeartbeatProject.sg) that are impacting nations on the intersection of faith and culture. Before becoming a Pastor, he spent 10 years in the marketing industry. He is also a mentor to creative professionals and influencers.
